May & June 2013 Game of Focus Announced!

For the first time in many years, the game of focus poll actually came down to a tie between At the Gates of Loyang and Cyclades when it ended on Sunday, April 21st! In these rare cases, the organizers get to vote again to break the tie and determine a winner.

The organizer poll ended on April 22nd and we'd like to announce the May & June 2013 game of focus will be Cyclades!

Our club database indicates we only have 2 copies of the Cyclades shared with the club, so if you're interested in purchasing a copy (or own it but haven't added it to the database), please let us know! We'll need at least 2-3 more copies based on recent attendance numbers.

From Dawn till Dusk 2013!

The EBGL's April special event From Dawn Till Dusk was created last year as a redesigned version of our "gaming marathon" event. This year the event will be pretty much the same with a new lineup of games to play through. For more information, members can check out the From Dawn till Dusk Event post in the forums.

Registration for the event opens April 1st (upon receiving the announcement email)!

2013 International Table Top Day - March 30th

April & May 2013 Game of Focus Announced!

Mission: Fun & Games owner John is mostly to thank for our next game of focus poll result as his very personal and passionate speech at our event on March 8th resulted in the largest swing vote in the history of the EBGL.

I'm happy to announce the April & May 2013 Game of Focus will be Fantasy Flight Games' Cosmic Encounter!
