EBGL's Domination Tournament 2015 Announced!

On Friday, October 16th the EBGL will be hosting it's annual Pay to Enter (PTE), single-elimination ladder tournament. This year the organizers have again selected King of Tokyo!

Note: unlike previous years, this is now the second-last scored event of the 2015 Season (instead of the last)!

The EBGL is once again sponsoring Mission: Fun & Games' Annual GameAlot convention in St. Albert this year.

At the event EBGL players will be at a number of different tables teaching modern board games. If you are interested in learning games from some of the best gamers in the area (and also helping out the St. Albert Food Bank), please check out the Gamealot website!

Note: EBGL-hosted tables are specially marked on the GameAlot Schedule and will have special signage at the event.

Battlestar Galactica Tournament Results!

The Battlestar Galactica tournament (with all Expansions) ended on July 24th with first place going to Patrick C with 10 points (2W,0S,1P,2T,0L,0GW) over the three days. Second place was a 6-way tie between Jim C, Mike I, Randal P, Sean S, Michael F, and Chris F with 7 points (1W,0S,1P,2T,1L,0GW)

Thanks to everyone who supplied the game, bought extra expansions, and gave us amazing snacks for this tournament!

Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game Tournament Results!

The Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game tournament ended on May 29th with first place going to Jim C with 10 points (2W,0S,1P,2T,0L,0GW) over the three days. Second place went to Andy M with 8 points (1W,1S,1P,1S,2T,0L,0GW).
