GameAlot was a success!

I'd like to send out a thanks to Mission: Fun & Games for hosting GameAlot 2009 and letting our club set up shop there for most of the weekend. They apparently had a record turn-out this year and thus will be making a pretty nice donation to the food bank.



Thanks again to all of our members who helped support our club! Your GameAlot achievements have been handed out.

September & October Game of Focus Selected

The votes are in, and the September & October 2009 EBGL Game of Focus will be: Dust! We currently have three members volunteering to pick up a copy of this game, but if you happen to own a copy already, or would like to pick up a copy before our practice night on September 11th, please post in the forums. Thanks again to everyone who took the time to vote.

August FFA Game Selected

Thanks to everyone who submitted their vote, the August 21st Free-for-all game will be the epic board game: Twilight Imperium - 3rd Edition. Best of luck to everyone!

GameAlot 2009

Mission: Fun & Games in St. Albert is hosting three days of board gaming from Friday, September 11th to Sunday, September 13th.

The types of events that will be held are board games, card games, role playing games, miniatures games and anything else that you want to run. We, the gamers, get to decide what games we want to host and possibly teach people there. If you're interested in representing the EBGL there, please let us know here.
