EBGL24!

Details about the Edmonton Board Gaming League's second major special event (EBGL24) have been announced today in the member forums, here.

The EBGL24! event starts April 24th and is a 24 hour non-stop gaming tournament, complete with meals, prizes and unique ways for members to earn extra League points and achievements. While details are now posted, registration for the event doesn't start until April 1st.

March & April 2010 Game of Focus Announced!

The first member-voted focus game of the 2010 season will be: Last Night on Earth (with the Growing Hunger Expansion). Best of luck to our members in this next tournament...remember, rule #1 of Zombieland: Cardio!

February 26th FFA Game Selected

For the first official Free-For-All game of the 2010 season, the EBGL members voted to play: Battlestar Galactica: The Board Game.

Best of luck to all who come out and attempt to end the human race or resist the onslaught of the toasters.

Galaxy Trucker Tournament Results

The Galaxy Trucker tournament ended this week with a tie for first place between Mike and Shawn R. Both scored a total of 6 points (2W, 2L) over the two days. Second place goes to one of the League's 2010 rookies, Samson with 5 points (2W).
