Shogun Tournament Results

The Shogun tournament ended on Oct 8th with a three-way for first place between Patrick C, Samson C, and Casey M with 4 points (1W,1L) over the two day period.

Second place was tied between three players as well: Gary S, Jason E, and Jeff W with 3 points (1W,0L).


Thanks to all of our members who attended the practice night at GameAlot as well as both tournament nights held at Mission: Fun & Games.

September & October 2010 Game of Focus Announced!

The September & October 2010 Game of Focus (and the last focus of the 2010 season) will be Shogun!

br> The club currently only has two copies so please let us know if you own a copy and can share it with the club during the focus, or if you would be willing to purchase the game before the practice night (Sept 10th).

Thanks to everyone who voted and good luck at the tournament. The practice night for Shogun will be at GameAlot so make sure you sign up before August 27th!

Mission: Fun & Games in St. Albert is hosting GameAlot 2010 (three days of gaming!) from Friday, September 10th to Sunday, September 12th. As a proud support of GameAlot, the EBGL tries to host as many games as possible there.

Various types of board games, card games, role playing games, and miniatures games will be played at GameAlot. We just need to decide what games we want to play or host there. If you're interested in representing the EBGL there, please let us know in our GameAlot 2010 forum thread.
