As voted by our members, the EBGL's March & April 2017 focus game will be: Scythe!

If you do own Scythe or are willing to purchase it, please let us know! We'll need at least 7 copies for the upcoming Scythe focus event starting Friday, March 17th!

Dungeon Petz Tournament Results!

The Dungeon Petz tournament ended on February 17th with the first place position being tied four ways between: Chris F, Daniel C, Patrick C, and Steven L with 10 points (2W,0S,1P,2T,0L,0GW) over the three days. Second place went to a three-way tie between: Michael F, Michael S, and Shawn R with 8 points (1W,1S,1P,2T,0L,0GW)

Huge thanks to everyone who purchased (or had) one of the 9 copies of the game needed or was on deck to purchase snacks. This was by far one of our most popular focus tournaments on record, breaking over 30 player per night on average!

EBGL's Luck Fest 2017 Announced!

The EBGL is excited to announce a brand new Spring Special Event: Luck Fest!

This new gaming tournament event debuts in March 2017, replacing the Point Pentathlon Event every second year (i.e. in years where there are no Olympics), and is for League Members only. Luck Fest, unlike any other EBGL event, will be focused 100% on each player's luck instead of strategy and skill. Absolutely EVERYTHING will be random - and we're not kidding! Even one of the event achievements is for winning the random achievement draw...

Registration for the 2017 Luck Fest opens on Sunday, March 5th. More details are posted in the forums, here.

2017 Season Opener a Success!

We had whopping 35 people show up for our first event of the 2017 season on Friday, Jan 20th, tying our previous attendance record. Thanks to everyone who helped supply the 9 copies of Dungeon Petz needed for the event and also to Ben F who was assigned snack duty for the night!
