Gamer Biography:

I was introduced to my first board game in 1996, Risk. Already having a strong interest in the military, I took a liking to strategy games such as Risk 2022, Axis & Allies (World, Europe, & Pacific). During my time in High School was when I was at the height of my involvement in board games. Since then, my passion for the military, led me to a career in the Canadian Army. Serving in an Armoured Regiment, I guess you could say “axis and allies” has taken on a whole new meaning. Ultimately, as it has been difficult to find friends who have an interest in board games and have the time to commit to playing them. EBGL offers that opportunity to reconnect with that hobby I once had along time ago.
